Presentation of the paper during the Conference

The Program at a glance summarizes the various sessions during the conference days, and the Detailed Program lists all papers in all sessions. 

Clicking on a session in the Program at a glance will jump to the Detailed Program in the named session.

Each presentation will last 20 minutes, with everything included.

The templates for facilitating the presentation preparation are available online.

For Virtual presenters, there is a test room available for becoming familiar with the Jitsi platform and making some tests.

The time is referred to as the Venue time, UTC+7, Hanoi, Vietnam.

Each presenter has to access the virtual or physical room at least 10 minutes in advance and contact the Session Chair in case she/he needs help.
